Works on Paper
My works on paper are rooted in intuitive processes and a sensitivity to material histories. Using mixed media and often incorporating salvaged or repurposed elements, I approach each piece as an unfolding dialogue rather than a predetermined composition. Layers of mark-making, texture, and collage accumulate through moments of attention, chance, and response, allowing meaning to emerge gradually. These works reflect a quieter, more immediate aspect of my practice—where gesture, curiosity, and play intersect with memory and observation. Through this process, the paper becomes a site of exploration and transformation, holding traces of both the visible and the felt.
